Central Igbo – Nigeria BASIC

This is an introductory course for non-native speakers of the Igbo language. The basic objective of the course is to provide students with spoken knowledge of the language. By the end of the course, students should be able to read and write as beginners of the central Igbo language.

This course also includes a buddy system as an effective technique of buddy programs from World Ebony Network (WEN), that the student can use for:

• Constant practice and reinforcement
• Better social assimilation
• Development of control skills
• Improved academic results
• Better classroom management
• Transact business
